1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike traditional cloud apps, the core Batchable calculator runs entirely on your device (client-side).

• We do not upload or store your recipe names, ingredient lists, or materials.
• We do not track your hourly labor rates or sales margins.
• We do not record the platform fees or batch sizes you configure.

2. Information You Voluntarily Provide

The only personal information we collect is when you explicitly submit it:

• Account Email & Billing Data: When you register an account, start your 14-day trial, or purchase Studio Pro (Annual or Lifetime), we collect your email address for identity authentication and service communication. Payment transactions and VAT invoicing are processed exclusively by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider. We never store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers or banking credentials. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Local Storage

Batchable uses your browser's standard localStorage to remember your latest recipe so you don't lose your work when you refresh or close your browser tab. You can clear this anytime simply by clicking "Reset to sample" or clearing your browser cache.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We may collect privacy-friendly, anonymized traffic statistics (such as page views and general geographic regions) to understand how people discover Batchable. We do not use intrusive cross-site ad trackers.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

Etsy, Shopify, and other marketplace names are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Batchable is an independent pricing tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.
