By accessing or using Batchable ("the Service"), available at batchable.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions, Lifetime Access & Billing

Batchable offers both free and paid access tiers in US Dollars (USD):

Maker Starter (Free): Includes full mathematical recipe calculator, platform fee presets, and up to 3 saved recipes and 25 materials in your cloud account. Free forever with no credit card required.
14-Day Free Trial: All new registered users receive 14 days of full Studio Pro access upon signup, including spreadsheet importing and unlimited catalog storage. No credit card is required to start the trial. Upon trial expiration, accounts revert to Maker Starter free tier limits; existing recipes and materials remain preserved and viewable.
Studio Pro Monthly: Available as a monthly recurring subscription ($7.49 USD/month), providing unlimited cloud recipes, shared materials, price hike simulation, and spreadsheet imports. Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
Studio Pro Annual: Available as an annual recurring subscription ($69.00 USD/year, equivalent to ~$5.75/month), providing unlimited cloud recipes, shared materials, price hike simulation, and spreadsheet imports. Automatically renews annually until canceled.
Studio Pro Lifetime: Available as a one-time payment ($129.00 USD for the first 50 Founding Members, or $199.00 USD standard rate thereafter). Grants permanent, perpetual access to all current and future Studio Pro features with zero recurring subscription fees.
Taxes, VAT & Invoicing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Where applicable by law, sales taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT) are calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction. Digital VAT invoices and itemized tax receipts are generated for every transaction and accessible through the billing portal.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in honest, maker-friendly billing:

Self-Service Subscription Cancellation: Monthly and annual subscribers can cancel at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible in your Studio Dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your prepaid billing cycle, and you will not be billed again.
30-Day Usage-Based Refund Policy (Lifetime): Lifetime purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Batchable does not give you total confidence in your batch margins, email support@batchable.online within 30 days. Refund requests are reviewed manually by Theo based on genuine catalog usage to ensure fair, honest maker support.
Subscription Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with an annual subscription within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, contact us at support@batchable.online and we will issue a full refund.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You own all rights, title, and interest in your recipe names, ingredient calculations, labor rates, and business records. Batchable does not claim any intellectual property rights over the recipes or products you calculate or store in the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Independent Tool Notice

Batchable is an independent pricing calculator designed to assist makers in modeling potential profits, costs, and retail margins. All calculations and advisor tips are provided "as is" for informational planning purposes. Marketplace fees (e.g. Etsy, Shopify) are estimated based on public documentation, and sellers are responsible for verifying their individual tax, compliance, and platform obligations.

Etsy, Shopify, and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners. Batchable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
